We are looking for a motivated Process Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector;
- Good knowledge of statistics and structured methodologies (Six Sigma or Red X);
- Preferably familiar with automotive standards (APQP, IATF 16949 – formerly TS 16949);
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
