Profile description:
We are looking for a motivated civil engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Demonstrated experience in leading multiple projects at the same time (2-5 years);
- Understanding of project planning, budget management, cost control, and resource allocation;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., agile, MS Project, Gantt, etc.);
- Ability to support and coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project goals;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
The main responsibilities are:
- Selection and monitoring of partners for the implementation of engineering projects;
- Preparation and provision of project specifications;
- Launch of tender process, participation in negotiations, and selection of suppliers;
- Project planning and preparation of schedules;
- Monitoring project progress.
