Profile description:
We are looking for a motivated Product Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge of CAD/CAE software, with the ability to analyze technical drawings;
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes;
- Familiarity with industrial standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The main responsibilities are:
- Leading product development activities from concept through production.
- Developing product specifications and technical requirements.
- Coordinating design reviews and engineering change management.
- Working closely with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and suppliers.
- Supporting prototype builds, testing, and validation activities.
- Analyzing product performance and implement continuous improvements.
